Me and my husband actually looked at the both the Michigan Ave and Kotenberg homes, they seemed like the only ones in that area of good value. I thought the Michigan home would have sold for considerably more that's why we didn't make an offer.

The spring time should be when you see the most listings up, you can tell in 2008 things were up in the normal range but, that is a severe drop for 2009. Should be much higher this time a year.
